Save the date! Believe it or not, we are already making plans for the 2013 Perspective Users’ Conference… and the plan is to make it bigger and better than ever! If you didn’t attend the 2012 conference, you can view the summaries in our blog to see what you missed.

Incident Management From Every Angle: Risk, Performance and Intelligence
The focus for our 2013 Users’ Conference will be on Incident Management From Every Angle and the trifecta that encompasses the three angles of incident management—Risk Management, Performance Management and Intelligence. This two-day event will be held on March 18 & 19, 2013 in St. Pete Beach, Florida, and… as always… will be exclusive to Perspective users.
Our Users’ Conference always combines a mix of hands-on training, focused breakout sessions and high-profile general sessions, and our next one is no different.
One thing that has changed for 2013 is our format! Based on previous attendee feedback, the 2013 conference agenda has been adjusted to have day one dedicated to general and breakout sessions and day two dedicated to hands-on training, giving each attendee access to more training options. By attending you will also have the chance to network with other Perspective users, meet PPM 2000 personnel (senior management, trainers and techies) and get a rare glimpse at PPM’s roadmap.
Now is the time to add the Perspective Users’ Conference to your travel schedule for next year. Don’t miss out! Mark your calendar today.
